These terms govern your use of Tasko, a project management platform built by Linko ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Tasko, you agree to these terms.
Tasko provides project/task tracking, team messaging, a CRM, file storage, calendar and (where connected) email integration, and an AI assistant ("Parpar") to help manage that work. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
You agree not to use Tasko to: break the law; upload malware or attempt to compromise the service's security; harass or abuse other users; or use the AI assistant to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, or intended to harm others.
You retain ownership of the content you and your workspace create in Tasko (tasks, documents, messages, etc.). By using the service you grant us the limited right to store, process, and display that content back to you and your workspace members, solely to provide the service.
If you connect a Google account (Calendar, Gmail) or other third-party service, you authorize Tasko to access the specific data covered by the permissions you grant, for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect these at any time.
Parpar can take actions in your workspace (creating tasks, drafting messages, etc.) and, where you connect Gmail, drafting or sending email on your behalf. Parpar's output can be wrong — review anything it produces before relying on it, especially before sending communications to others.
Tasko is provided "as is." We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the service will be available without interruption, and we're not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or bugs, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may stop using Tasko and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security risk to the service or other users.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
